Notice of Consultation with Public Regarding MDOT's Annual DBE Goal Methodology

Pursuant to 49 CFR §26.45(g)(1), the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) will hold a meeting to consult with minority, women's and general contractor groups, community organizations and officials regarding the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), MDOT's efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs, and MDOT's methodology for establishing overall DBE goals for the Maryland Aviation Administration, Maryland Transit Administration and State Highway Administration.
