Led by D.C.-based national non-profit KaBOOM!, a Workshop Entirely on Play (WE Play!) will be held in Washington D.C. on Thursday, April 10 at the Jurys Washington Hotel (Dupont Circle). WE Play! is a one-day, FREE regional training packed with interactive sessions, networking opportunities and first-hand success stories from people who have mobilized their community to create great places to play. From planning a playground project to involving your local government in the cause of play, WE Play! sessions give all participants the tools and inspiration to take action. Windsor Crest to Honor Our Heroes at

“Housing for Heroes” Event

What:             During the month of April, Windsor Crest honors our local heroes and will celebrate them at a fun-filled event at the condominium complex.  The winner of a Windsor Crest-sponsored hero award will also be announced.

Throughout April, Windsor Crest is partnering with Wells Fargo Bank to offer attractive incentive packages and financing options to help local heroes – firefighters, teachers, police officers, military and medical personnel – into their dream home.

Who has impacted your life and deserves recognition?  In 150 words or less, tell us who your hero is and you and your hero could each win a fabulous prize. The person nominating the selected hero will win a plasma television, and the nominees will win a one year pass to Windsor Crest's gorgeous clubhouse – featuring a resort-style, Olympic-sized pool, lighted tennis court, state-of-the-art fitness center and private theater.
